To face the climate emergency, Europe and France have launched their 2030 mandates, aiming to accelerate the ecological &amp; energy transition, to massively reduce carbon emissions.<\/p>\n<p>Renewable energies are essential for our future. Wind and solar power have made welcome contributions in reducing reliance on fossil fuels, however the sun doesn&#8217;t always shine and the wind doesn&#8217;t always blow. We need new, predictable large scale sources of renewable energy to supplement the energy mix.<\/p>\n<p>Tidal energy remains an untapped renewable energy source, which represents a huge opportunity for the Europe &amp; France 2030 plan, with significant economic, environmental and social benefits.<\/p>\n<p>We are convinced of the potential of tidal power in France and around the world.
