Local value chain

The NH1 project has tangible energy and economic benefits, and could contribute significantly to France's energy sovereignty. Indeed, the NH1 project is at the heart of the local economy, with strong economic, environmental and social benefits. With a well-defined value chain, the development of the NH1 pilot farm will rely mainly on the know-how of French suppliers. Nearly 80% of the value of the NH1 project has been entrusted to French companies, and the rest to European companies. The NH1 project will mobilize 400 direct and indirect French jobs.

In the long term, a great number of positions will continue to be created with the industrial and commercial development of the farm. The sector will generate 6,000 direct and indirect jobs in France.
